About Crosby

Crosby Systems is a telecom and technology enabler, designing, engineering and managing solutions for our customers using a Software as a Service model (Saas). We also have a number of our own sucessful services that we run under our own brands that are based on our ideas and technology.

We are a provider of Call Recording, Faxing, Telephone Conferencing and Self Service Phone Systems (IVR). We are licensed by Ofcom as a Fixed Line Network Operator and a Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO) within the United Kingdom.

We are based in the City of Liverpool, England, based in the former Marconi headquarters – now the Liverpool Innovation Park.

We are owned by Crosby Communications PLC who are a group of Information Technology (IT) businesses that provide a range of services to businesses world-wide, and internet and telecommunications services to selected consumer markets, within the United Kingdom.

We were originally founded in 1997 as Crosby Communications Limited and have built up a heritage of blue-chip customers over the years, and have extensive experience of running telecom, fax, mobile and web solutions.

In 2010 Crosby Communications decided to restructure its business and expand its staff, premises, and services and create several divisions by separating its broad activities into several business units, all owned by the new Crosby Communications PLC.

Crosby Systems is the technical and engineering side of Crosby Communications PLC, operating independently from the group, while using the groups resources and strength. Equally, other businesses within the group use Crosby Systems to provide their IT and communications services.
