High Volume Fax

Crosby offers a fax reception service to clients who wish to receive a large number of faxes at any time. We offer the ability to receive up to 900 faxes simultaneously if required and the ability to upload and/or email these incoming faxes to a website or sent to an email address within 1.5 seconds from completion.

Our high volume servers are designed to receive faxes between 1 and 199 pages each and we offer an SLA so that you will always know that the service is available and operational 24/7 (within our SLA) and monitored by our network monitoring centre.

High volume faxing is designed for businesses that wish to receive faxes from multiple fax machines from various locations, for example, in response to a marketing campaign or customer feedback. This could be a simple form you wish customers to complete and fax back, documents requiring signatures, verification documents or could be used if you want to make it easy for your customer to send information to you without the messing around with scanners and email.

Crosby can provide any type of number for use with this service, be it free phone, local rate or even premium rate, we offer many different options, and each service is built custom to your requirements. If you have an existing fax number that you would like to keep, it is possible you could port this number to us.
