Crosby has been providing call recording solutions for over 10 years in many forms. We have thousands of customers using call recording to evidence business transactions, staff training, performance reviews, evidencing important conference calls, or even mystery shopping.

We can record telephone calls as part of an application, for example a store locator number, free phone number, or local rate, or we can build custom recording solutions to fit your requirements.

Our call recording solutions are built to allow any part of a conversation to be recorded, then downloaded in multiple different formats from a secure website. This could be a wave format, or even as an mp3 file, so it can be played on an iPod or other MP3 player.

Here are just some of the things we can do with call recording:

Start/Stop at certain points in the conversation when personal or sensitive information is being discussed (for example to ensure credit card numbers are not recorded). Flexible scheduling options allowing recording of only calls from certain phone numbers, certain geographical areas, or on only a select number of your free phone or marketing numbers for example. One-way recording – we can record just one side of the conversation (either side); this could be used for mystery shopping, or were your business might want to keep one of the parties in the conversation anonymous for example.

Automatic upload of recording to your server/service. Seconds after a call is complete, a call can be uploaded to your secure file server in your office, your website, or third party for review for example. The power of call recording gives you the ability to evidence over the phone transactions, while documenting the spoken word in an easy to use format.
