Our ISO 27001 certified business continuity centre is strategically placed at the end of the M62 at Liverpool Innovation Park to ensure the majority of North West businesses are within 1 hours drive of the facility.
The Centre supports the quick resumption of organisations ‘mission critical’ business functions and IT processes. Our alternate site recovery suites are designed and tested to ensure business continuity in the event of an emergency.

If circumstances force your organisation from its current premises, access to the Crosby Systems business continuity centre will allow you to re-create both your office and IT environment within hours so that your critical operations will be up and running, with a minimum of disruption to your staff, customers and communications.
The centre houses six separate business continuity suites each providing between 150 – 600 sq ft secure office space.

- 1Gbps LAN connection
- Telephone with external number and dedicated outbound line
Internet Provision
10Mbps of dedicated and firewalled internet connectivity will be provided by Crosby, unless otherwise sourced through our clients existing partner.
Telephone Redirection
Every desk is equipped with a phone with a dedicated external number, allowing for individual or group/department redirection of your existing numbers. Redirection schemes can be put in place ready to be enforced when required using our real-time web portal system.
Our portal allows you to create bespoke contuninty plans which can be excuted with a single button push on the site, or triggered by text message.
Business Continuity Testing
The facility can be made available for up to two full BC tests per year, each of up to 7 days duration – allowing you to have the full confiindence of the facilty while operating a ‘dry run’ proceedure.
The suites are well-located within half a mile of the M62 strengthening business continuity provision for North West businesses.
